SoldScope is a browser extension that adds sorting and sales statistics to eBay search pages.

What we collect

Nothing. SoldScope has no server and no analytics. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information, browsing history, or eBay account data.

What stays in your browser

• Your settings: whether sorting is on and whether Poshmark compare is on, saved with the browser's extension storage.
• If you activate SoldScope Pro: your license key, the activation ID Lemon Squeezy returns, your plan name and the purchase email Lemon Squeezy reports for that key, so the extension can show your plan and re-check the key.
• A count of how many times the SoldScope panel was shown and the date you first used it, used only to show a one-time request to leave a review. It never leaves your browser.
• A short-lived cache (up to 20 minutes) of the sold and active result counts and prices (and Poshmark results, if turned on) for searches you made, saved in the page's session storage so repeat visits load faster. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Network requests

When you view an eBay search page, SoldScope loads the matching eBay sold or active search page from eBay, in your browser, using your existing eBay session.

If you turn on "Compare with Poshmark" (off by default), SoldScope also loads Poshmark's public sold search for the same keywords. This request does not include your Poshmark cookies or login, and only the search words are sent to Poshmark. You can turn it off at any time in the SoldScope settings, which also removes the permission.

If you activate SoldScope Pro, the extension sends your license key and a device label (for example "SoldScope on Windows") to Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to activate it and to re-check it every few days. Lemon Squeezy handles the purchase itself under its own privacy policy. Deactivating Pro in the settings removes the key from your browser.

No request is made to any other site.
